Wide practical field experience in all nature conservation areas in Cameroon and a few in some neighboring countries (Gabon, Congo, Central African Republic).

After working as a field officer in some private voluntary development/conservation organizations he decided to co-found an NGO called Nature Concerns, Inc

While traveling across almost all the national territory for development work he discovered the immense potentials of Cameroon; and then decided to work on part -time basis as a tour guide for a Buea-based tourism agency from 1997-2002.

In 2002 the National Commission on Tourism Establishments   recognized him as a tour guide of high standing. The zeal and love to combine tourism with rural development and conservation so that it becomes a veritable tool for sustainable development, poverty alleviation and natural / cultural heritage conservation pushed him to create the subsidiary of Nature Concerns called Heritage Tours Cameroon.

He has guided tour groups of varied interests to various parts of Cameroon.

He can write and speak English and French and knows many languages.
